I updated the tutorial for configuring a Web access on Windows XP PC with a GPRS mobile USB cable connected. As a reminder this operation allows the use of the package of its mobile WAP to access the Web on a Windows XP PC (unlimited package if your WAP is too).

Indeed, the modem initialization command only referred to the NPC SFR, so I added the APN GPRS / WAP other operators.
