From their mobile, they use the access point wapsfr and WAP proxy, which block browsers other than mobile. But with some manipulations it is possible to "hide" the browser "PC" favorite (IE or Firefox) browser in "mobile" and not be blocked, and therefore unlimited surfing from your PC!
